Jonathan is an experienced professional in the executive search industry. He has held several key management appointments with international conglomerates, including Samsung Asia where he managed its multi-billion dollar South East Asia distribution business; and ComfortDelgro where he concurrently held two appointments – Vice President, Corporate HR and Vice President (Operations) for its Media Business.
Earlier in his career, Jonathan also led Staffing and Employer Branding Programs across the Asia-Pacific & Japan region, for a major Fortune 500 technology company. Since then, he has built a solid track record of successfully placing leadership and professional positions all across Asia.

Samuel graduated with a double degree in Biomedical Sciences and Traditional Chinese Medicine from Nanyang Technological University whereby he spent 2 years in Beijing, People’s Republic of China.
After which, his strong interest in eldercare led him to work in a healthcare group, where he engaged in quality improvements and in-service trainings in the nursing home division and re-designing of inpatient processes in the private hospital department.

Hwee Hoon is a registered nurse from Nanyang Polytechnic and was trained in hospital wards before advancing into the Operating Theatre in Tan Tock Seng Hospital.
Her passion to improve healthcare led her to move into management of a cluster of eldercare centres, nursing homes and home care with involvement in quality improvement projects and in-service trainings.
David has an extensive 11 years of experience in foreign manpower, managing and placing personnels in various sectors such as F&B and construction. He has worked the ground, handling manpower assignments from enquiry to completion.
He facilitates the needs of clients and communicates with foreign staff equally well, with the proven approach of positive motivation and ample encouragement to guide candidates.
